The official website for the SOBS project is now
online, else you wouldn't be reading this right now. There probably
won't be a lot of new content at first (mostly just posting previous code
and documentation), but updates will occur as I (or hopefully others)
add to the codebase.
Although SOBS is a project which I have been thinking
about and planning for quite some time, the current implementation was
written mainly during the spring of 2000, for submission as my CS Division
I at Hampshire College. While
you're there, you can check out the homepage of Jaime
Davila, who was the faculty advisor for this project. Jaime is
a super-nice guy who wears football jerseys to
work and does a lot with
neural networks and GP. Neat stuff.
By the way, if you happen to be a Hampshire CS Division
III student who wants to be the second reader for this project, let
me know! I'd like to have this all signed off and groovy by the
time school starts up in the fall.
